Brendan Joyce FRICS MCIArb

Brendan joined dohertybaines in 2008 as a Partner specialising in rent reviews, lease renewals and general landlord and tenant matters.

He has 20 years experience across all sectors of commercial property acting on behalf of both landlords and tenants and is well known in this field. Brendan is both FRICS and MCIArb qualified and has undertaken numerous arbitrations and other third party submissions on behalf of clients.

Brendan is also an APC Assessor for the RICS and oversees our graduate training programme with particular responsibility for ensuring our graduates qualify as Members of the RICS.

Brendan is a keen sports fan and supports London Irish rugby club and is also a scout leader.
