dohertybaines have advised St James’s Place Plc on the acquisition of two floors totalling 12,000 sq.ft at 23 Kingsway WC2.

The occupier had already been in occupation of the 3rd and 4th floors but with the landlord refurbishing the 1st and 2nd floors which were vacant, we took the opportunity to relocate our client to the more modern floors thereby handing back the 3rd and 4th floors to the landlord for further refurbishment.
