Segro wins Park Royal Lettings

Segro has secured more than 45,000 sq ft of lettings at Premier Park in Park Royal, London’s largest industrial area.

London-based Ward Thomas Removals is occupying 41,500 sq ft on a 10 year lease at the west London industrial park as it seeks to grow its business.

Australian ladies fashion retailer Taking Shape will occupy 7,000 sq ft on a 10 year lease as it launches its European operations. It already has more than 130 stores worldwide.

Property Week revealed in May that the Australian plus-sized fashion and lingerie retailer had secured its debut UK store at Aviva Investors’ Mell Square Shopping Centre in Solihull and was preparing a nationwide roll-out.

Alan Holland, Segro’s business unit director for greater London, said: “Premier Park is a busy and popular location for many businesses due to its excellent transport connections and proximity to Central London.”

Segro has a portfolio of 4.41m sq ft of built space and 42 acres of development land situated around the A40.
