There's a Great Deal Already Done at Mowlem Trading Estate, with the Propect of More to Come!

Travis Perkins the Builders Merchant are up and running in a new bespoke pre-let 9,850 sq ft facility. A pre-let deal was agreed with Travis Perkins prior to construction of this, the first of the new units to be developed fronting Meridian Way just off the A406 North Circular.

Work started in January 2015 on four more units with the foundations in place and the steelwork already erected on units B & C.

A pre-let deal has also been agreed with UKPR to take the 21,420 sq ft Unit B providing a prominent position facing directly onto the main road between the North Circular and the Tottenham Hale Transport Hub.

Construction on Units B & C is expected to be completed by early November 2015, with Units D1/D2 completed shortly afterwards.
