Project Management

To realise value, whether it be measured through architectural merit or increased rental income, dohertybaines have a proven track record of managing all phases of the pre and post construction processes.

We focus on defining the brief from the client’s business case and providing pro-active management through the evolution of this to the delivery phases.  Early identification of key risks allows us to add value as early as pre-site acquisition-stage and we continue this interrogation through all stages of the pre-feasibility, design and construction phases.

We take a commercially aware approach to balancing the inherent conflict between aspects such as design excellence, innovation, carbon and energy performance with cost, programme and market certainty.  Perhaps most importantly, we are team players and realise that a significant part of what we do is about people and creating an environment where a team is encouraged to deliver to high standards.
