Property Agents Entered the Pits and Showed off their Differentials

There has always been fierce competition among shed agents but they had the chance to exercise that rivalry in an entirely new environment at the launch of Segro’s spec units at Slough Trading Estate.

The agents literally pitted their wits against each other in a Formula One pitstop challenge. They had to change two tyres of a real F1 car in the quickest time. The contest was won by the six-strong team consisting of Alice Hampden-Smith (Cushman & Wakefield), Jamie Catherall (DTRE), Joshua Pater (Colliers International), Marcus Smith (Vail Williams), Alex Stothard and Paul Londra (both from Doherty Baines).Engineers at reigning world champions Mercedes F1 can breathe a huge sigh of relief as the team got nowhere near the slick 2.5-second pitstop that is more usual at a grand prix.
