SEGRO signs four new customer leases at Metropolitan Park
Three new signings at Metropolitan Park, Renewing existing lease for long-term customer.
SEGRO,
Europe's largest listed owner, asset manager and developer of industrial
property has signed up independent food distributor Millennium Foods, Henry and
Sons UK Windows Limited and Timeline Television as new customers at its
Metropolitan Park Estate, Greenford. Wolseley UK, an existing customer, has
also renewed their present lease and taken an additional unit. Almost 150,000
sq ft have been let since 2014.
Metropolitan
Park is a long established industrial park located adjacent to the A40 (Western
Avenue) providing easy access into heart of London and offers 24-hour on-site
security, gated access and CCTV.
Millennium
Foods who are importers and distributors of premium quality Mediterranean
ingredients have taken 19,019 sq ft of space on a 20-year lease term.
Millennium Foods will supply restaurants, manufacturers and distributors, both
large and small, all across the UK.
Henry
& Sons UK Windows Limited have taken a total of 13,852 sq ft for a lease
term of 10 years and will be relocating from their existing premises at SEGRO's
Tudor Estate. Henry & Sons design, build and install windows, doors and
conservatories to residential and non-residential premises within London and
the Home Counties. The relocation of Henry & Sons will enable the Phase 2
redevelopment of the Tudor Estate to proceed.
Timeline
Television, a provider of broadcast technology, has agreed a deal for a newly
refurbished 8,859 sq ft unit on a 10-year lease.
Wolseley
UK, the heating and plumbing products provider, completes the set of new deals
and has agreed a new lease for their present premises and also taken 7,664 sq
ft of space on a 5 year lease at the unit next door.

Metropolitan
Park Estate is located in the heart of Greenford, benefiting from 24-hr on-site
security and CCTV, with good transport links to the A40 (Western Avenue) and
beyond.
