Acquisition of prime, refurbished 70,000sqft office building, located in the West End office building for £115million.


Acting jointly with Brydell Partners on behalf of Vanke Holdings (UK) Ltd, a subsidiary of China Vanke, the Grade A office building, located directly off Jermyn Street, had just undergone extensive refurbishment and the major tenant in the building re-committed to a new 10year lease. The Headlease to the Crown was also re-geared as part of the purchase made off market from TH Real Estate.
